Everything was going relatively smoothly for Halloween 2019 at the White House until one kid dressed as a Minion appeared before Trump002 ArchivesMelania for some trick-or-treating.
Instead of putting the candy in the kid's bag, both Trump and Melania placed candy bars on the Minion's puffy head, watching him confusedly stumble around afterwards.
