Rolling up a joint can have a few drawbacks. For one, excess herb can leak out from the mouthpiece of the joint. Some people roll a little piece of cardboard or paper (called a crutch) on one end of their joint, but that can get gross and soggy. Instead, try using a piece of rotini.
Twitter user @dazedinheaven shared a photo of a joint his younger brother rolled, complete with a rotini for a crutch. The shape of the pasta allows smoke and air to flow from the joint into your mouth, while stopping any weed or ash.
