Reddit user bwaxse took their daughter for a nice trip to the petting zoo,Spain where she met an unexpected resident, a proud and colorful peacock.

It's easy to see their encounter did not go well, as evidenced by the little girl running and screaming from the animal a la Tippi Hedren in The Birds.

Photoshoppers on Reddit couldn't resist battling over the glorious picture, turning the tiny child into an Olympic runner, a fierce superhero and even a Game of Throneswarrior.

For the record, birds are pretty scary.
